I founded Elastic in 2023 to do the thing that I did for many years out of passion and care—support others in seeing their potential and getting clear about the journey ahead.In my experience, a career doesn't always travel in the direction you expect. It's most definitely not a straight line.Sometimes a job is simply a job out of necessity. Other times the stars align to bring the right people and opportunity together with a compelling mission.When you know yourself, own your story, and get clear about where you're headed, you can seize these moments in service of your purpose.My own career took a major pivot when I moved to a new company and new city over a decade ago, and then again when I shifted industries to align to a company closer to my values.For over 20 years, I've worked for corporations, consulting groups, and agencies.I've coached students to find their first internships, managers on how to build high performing teams, and VPs as they navigate career, team, and company dynamics.When people from my network call me out of the blue, it's usually when they're contemplating a career shift or job change.I'm passionate about supporting people through change.I'm equal parts idealist and realist.I believe that every individual has unique strengths to contribute to the world.If I can support you in your journey, please reach out.~ Laura Dye
